Q: Returns and Exchanges
Do you offer returns on your clothing line?
A:
Because our items are custom made for you, we can not accept any returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Since our products are not mass produced, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.
If your product needs to be altered, we do offer alterations at the cost of $8 per piece as well as shipping both ways.

Will Designs By Cilla sell or rent my email address information to other companies?
A:
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc. We WILL NOT sell or rent your personal information.
Q: Shipping Charges
How are shipping and processing surcharges calculated?
A:
Shipping and processing charges are based on merchandise weight for each delivery.
Q: When will it be shipped
When will my order be shipped?
A:
Shipping times vary depending on the products that you order and their availability. Most items ship within 7-10 days from the day that your order is processed. On occasion, some items may be backordered and may take longer to ship. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail with the option to get your money back if you cannot wait.
Q: Rush Order
Is there any way I can get my order rushed?
A:
If you are in a hurry and need something fast please e-mail us first and tell us what your order is and how fast you need it and we can let you know if it is possible. It will depend on product availability and the size of your order, BUT we will do everything we can to help you.
Q: Pick-up
Can I drop-off/pick-up my order up at your store?
A:

Q: Checks or money order
Do you accept checks or money orders?
A:
Yes! Once we receive your check and it clears, your item will be processed and shipped. Checks and money orders must be received within 10 days of the order date or order will be voided. An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of check-out to let you know where to send the check/money order to.
Q: Returns or Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the fact that our items are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your product so if there is an error on our part or damage to the product please contact us to discuss it further. If you are unsure about a color or a product please e-mail us at designsbycilla@comcast.net with your questions before you place your order.
Q: Ribbon Variations
I am looking for a color or style that I do not see listed on your website. Do you have other ribbons available?
A:
ABSOLUTELY! There are thousands of variations of ribbon colors, styles, patterns or textures that we have access to. If you are looking for something specific or need help in matching something please e-mail us and let us know what you are looking for.
Q: Limited Quantity
If an item says "limited quanities" does this mean you will not have it available after it is sold out?
A:
Yes! Occassionally we may have limited editions or limited quanities of certain products that we can offer to you until it runs out. If an item is listed with "limited quanities" and it is something that you may want, grab it while you can because once it is sold out we will not be able to offer it again.
